Firstly, 5 stars all the way.I was charged with multiple offences, in a he said/she said situation. A real strategist! Joseph developed thorough and detailed strategies that involve exposing legal flaws and doubts about any elements to challenge the prosecutor. He parted the cobwebs and see through to the crux of the problems in the fact sheet that police prepared. Joseph negotiated harshly with the prosecutor and police using sharpest words, which successfully got all my charges withdrawn even before they entered into court debate. I was very worried at the end of last year when I found myself unintentionally facing serious charges; but after contacting a few different lawyers, Joseph immediately put me at ease with his non-judgemental nature and confidence. When you are in financial distress and physical pain, and your looking for a last minute lawyer because your not to sure anymore about the lawyer you have is doing a good job and cares enough about your case, it’s difficult to think clearly and make good decisions.I had been searching for a lawyer on line for hours. Joseph was one of the lawyers I had contacted and I must admit, even though Joseph had told me he couldn’t represent me and was hoping he did, but it was completely understandable as my court was in less than a week and I didn’t give much time, Joseph still went out of his way to assist on knowing about my court case, requested to send him my documents and even though I didn’t straight away, joesph had sent me a message after half a day had gone past to remind me to send him my documents to view. Even though he didn’t need to as we established he could not represent me on the day I had court.Joseph’s advice and support He had given me Made me have more confidents and gave me more understanding about what I could expect in court and what my rights are then the lawyer I had at the time and any other layer I have dealt with before.This helped me win to charges for drug driving. My matter was dismissed, not guilty. I was so happy. Joseph’s best part I liked about him, is his passionate and most importantly he cares a lot. I have been through so many lawyers and believe me I have fired a lot of them.
